Feature Name Recent Cleared Checks
Function Provides information on recently cleared checks for either a checking account or a draft-capable open-end loan depending on the menu that executes this feature.

IVR Input

1. Product-Based Menu: Account is already selected, so system plays cleared check list directly.

Example: Press 1 for Checking → Press 9 for Recently Cleared Checks

2. Function-Based Menu: User must specify the checking account.

Example: Press 3 for History → Press 7 for Cleared Checks → Select Checking Account

IVR Output

One transaction is presented at a time is provided:

  • Posted date
  • Transaction amount
  • Transaction description
  • Transaction source (if available and configured)
  • Check number

Parameter Description
Maximum Number of Check Transactions to Retrieve Sets the maximum number of recently cleared checks to be retrieved for playback.
Retrieve Check Transactions in the Last X Days Defines the lookback window in days to fetch recently cleared check transactions.
Play Landmark Prompt Plays a distinct prompt to indicate the start of recently cleared checks section.
Suppress Entity Descriptions in History Functions Hides account or entity names when announcing recently cleared check history.
Automatically Skip to Next History Transaction Automatically moves to the next cleared check without requiring caller input.
Play Lookback Days in No History Available Message Announces how far back the system searched when no cleared checks are found.

Parameter Description
Allowed No Entries Specifies how many times a caller can provide no entry before timeout.
Allowed Invalid Entries Defines the number of incorrect inputs allowed before redirecting or ending the call.
No Entry Prompt The message played when the caller provides no input within the allowed time.
Entity ID Playback Size Sets how many digits of the entity ID are played back in full.
Play Abbreviated Entity ID When Describing the Account Enables use of a shortened version of the entity ID when referencing the account.
Number of Digits to Play for Abbreviated Entity ID Specifies how many digits from the end of the entity ID to play in abbreviated form.
Entity ID Zero Padded Length Ensures the entity ID is padded with leading zeros to reach a consistent length.

Play Entity Nickname Enables playback of a custom nickname assigned to the account.
Suppress Nickname Descriptor Prompt Removes the phrase (e.g., “nickname is”) before announcing the account nickname.
Play Nicknames on Checking Entities Determines whether nicknames are played when referencing checking accounts.
Play Nicknames on Loan Entities Determines whether nicknames are played when referencing loan accounts.
